Hi, I would wait until you get the little chi baby home and watch her to see what name seems to suit her, also try calling her by different ones and see which she responds to.
ALSO please go out now and get Nutrical to have on hand... small Chis need to be fed every 3 to 4 hours to prevent hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) it is fatal if not treated immediately! (Symptoms are fatigue, acting lethargic, not eating, stumbling while trying to walk.) May I also suggest getting Chihuahuas for Dummies and reading it through before you get her!
