Looks like a Amercian Bichion Frise, ( Amercian Bichions are Black) ( Canadian are White ) Or maybe a Sht zu Bichion Mix.
It is hard to tell when puppies are so young. He looks to me like a shih-tzu mix. But it will be easier for you to tell what breeds your puppy might be mixed with when he gets older, and certain features start to stand out more.

On a guess, I'd say Cocker and some sort of terrier. Hard to tell though, because she's so small... She's very cute.

It looks like the type of dog they call a "teddy bear". It's another designer breed. They can be a variety of breeds, but always include Shih tzu and Bichon Frise. It's a cute puppy, and you can definitely see the Shih tzu in it. I wouldn't worry too much about the breed. If you love it, what does it matter? It's an adorable mutt.
