I have a female that is in heat and she might be pregnant what are the sign's and does the bleeding stop??

Ew! My sister's dog just finished her's and I know how you feel! She left a mess everywhere she went for like 15 days! (it got less and less as the days went on thankfully!) Other than the obvious bleeding she was just very lazy and morose, acted like she wasn't feeling good much like women who are on their periods.

If she's in heat as is still spotting, she cannot be pregnant.
The spotting (bleeding) will cease once her heat is over (a heat can last about 21 days).
May we suggest that before your dog has a chance to go into her next heat, you go to the bookstore, the library, or on-line and read EVERYTHING you can about dog breeding, pregnancy and whelping. Putting a dog through such a process while your ignorant of the dangers and pitfalls assosciated with it is detrimental to your dog.
