my dog has had a horrible flea rash and she keeps licking it. its getting wose by her licking it..i have gave her baths and made them nice and clean but then she goes and starts licking them.she wont let them dryup and heal...can i give her a bath with dandruff shampoo so that her skin will stop iching and the fleas wiil go away??we gave her flea medicine!!!HELP

Sounds like she may have developed a skin infection. SOme dogs actually have flea allergies. Do not bathe with dandruff shampoo. It will only dry her skin out worse. She needs to see a vet. Hope she feels better soon!
Some dog breeds have a nervous twitch and they always bite and itch. I suggest putting neosporin on it and she might not like the taste and stop licking it and it will help it to heal. Maybe get some bitter aple spray to deter her as well.
Sounds like a "hot spot". Many dogs develop them and flea allergy is one cause. You need to see your Vet for proper treatment.
